This is to alert you that an event, HexFest, will be taking place in New Orleans at the Bourbon Orleans (once the convent of the Sisters of the Holy Family). On August 10-12, 2018, witches, rootworkers, voodoo priests and others will gather to conduct rituals and hold workshops across the spectrum of witchcraft and magic that encourage learning and deepening knowledge of these topics.
Please help us pray for the end of all witchcraft and occult practices and rituals that offend God and that the HexFest will be stopped, all rituals be rendered useless, and that the evil one may be thwarted in his efforts to lead souls astray.
Attached is a flyer calling for prayer that we are trying to get to as many people as possible. Please help us get the word out.

Please Join In Prayers of Reparation and Protection Against Witchcraft

WE ENCOURAGE ALL CATHOLICS TO PRAY, FAST, AND DO PENANCE FOR THE END OF ALL WITCHCRAFT AND OCCULT PRACTICES AND RITUALS THAT OFFEND GOD. Come Join in Prayer
as we pray at St. Mary Magdalen Church for protection and conversion and that through the Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ this HexFest may be stopped, all rituals be rendered useless, and that the evil one may be thwarted in his efforts to lead souls astray.

Friday, August 10: Holy Mass at 7:00 p.m.
followed by Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament until Midnight with an hourly Rosary, Chaplet of Divine Mercy, and Chaplet of St. Michael
Saturday, August 11: Holy Mass at 10:00 a.m.
followed by Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament until 3:00 p.m. with an hourly Rosary, Chaplet of Divine Mercy, and Chaplet of St. Michael
Sunday, August 12: Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
following the 11:00 a.m. parish Mass until 5:00 p.m. with an hourly Rosary, Chaplet of Divine Mercy, and Chaplet of St. Michael
