Prophecies That Foresaw Crisis

Through the centuries and decades and particularly recent years have been strong warnings of an impending Church crisis -- one that now, indeed, as prophesied, surrounds us.
The predictions have been astounding for their specificity -- in apparitions and "words of knowledge."
Many
have heard of the Akita prophecy, whereby Mary told a deaf nun that a time
would come pitting "bishops against bishops, cardinals against cardinals."
Are we not seeing it?
But it goes beyond that. The question now: is the Church heading for a crescendo, and denouement, contained in certain "secrets"? And locutions? Other, more recent predictions?
Going all the way back to LaSalette were warnings that "sinners" would be introduced into the orders by Satan, and that in the Church would be "cesspools of impurity."
Our poor good priests!
And now?
