PROPHECY: THE 'INITIAL EVENT'

There are what Pope Francis is calling "the winds of war." There are always the winds of autumn. And as usual -- but increasing, intensifying -- there are the winds or "signs" of the time.
Is the month of October (often cited through the years) of special prophetic significance this time around?
As I write, there have been reports of small quakes in Italy, central California, New Zealand, and Missouri.
There are societal trends. The ludicrous transgenderism movement comes readily to mind.
There are always quakes -- but the ears perk due to the major recent one in Morocco. It killed thousands.

As for other disasters: so common have they become that the collapse of two dams in Libya didn't even make it as banner headlines on many news websites (despite killing up to twenty thousand!).
The photo below is one we snapped during a trip last week to Sicily (of Mount Etna, the largest volcano in Europe -- spewing steam; also pictured at the top). We forget that volcanoes like that can wipe out entire regions.
And there are the "eruptions" in society. Greed is rampant, profanity flagrant, politics a bloodsport, lewdness everywhere, the f-word now as accepted as "darn," Hollywood beyond description.
And bizarre? The hero of a recent blockbuster sex-trafficking exposé (The Sound of Freedom) is now himself being accused of sexual abuse!
At the same time, a man has won this year's "Miss Missouri" contest (no wonder that tremor there).
All of which means it's time to scan the predictions and mystical prompts and see, in this "special report," how many ring true and how many bear relevancy and immediacy -- perhaps even urgency. It's time to discuss especially what one prediction ominously calls "the initial event."
